Fins & Slice Seafoods is looking for a skilled and hardworking Fish Butcher / Fish Cutter to join our team. If you have experience in cleaning, cutting, and preparing fresh fish while maintaining high hygiene standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Clean, scale, gut, and cut fish as per customer requirements.

- Prepare fish fillets, steaks, and other cuts.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cutting area, tools, and equipment.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood.

- Assist customers with fish selection and cutting preferences.

- Support daily shop operations when required.

Requirements

- Experience as a fish cutter, fish butcher, or seafood handler preferred.

- Good knife-handling skills.

- Knowledge of seafood hygiene and food safety.

- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
