Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design and develop complex, real-world chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, and computational chemistry
Solve and review advanced problems to ensure scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
Apply your domain expertise to challenge and improve AI reasoning in chemistry contexts
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model outputs
Ensure every deliverable meets a high standard of scientific rigor and precision Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
Exceptionally strong written communicator — you can explain complex chemistry clearly and precisely
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently
Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with AI-generated scientific content or prompt engineering
