- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, guidelines, and safety standards.
- Demonstrates the capability to oversee equipment operations within the designated Kilo lab manufacturing area.
- Ensuring adherence to critical process parameters as outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Able to coordinate with service departments to meet the requirement(s) of the Kilo lab.
- Knowledge of basic engineering calculations, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID;) preparation, equipment sizing, and mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
