Product Development

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a secure, scalable, and high-performance cryptocurrency exchange platform.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and industry regulations.
- Promote best practices in software development, architecture, and testing.

Team Leadership

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Infrastructure & Operations





- Oversee the development and maintenance of resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure tailored for cryptocurrency trading.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard against hacks, fraud, and DDoS attacks, while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML, GDPR, and other regulations.
- Manage partnerships with third-party vendors, cloud providers, and technology partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other executives to align technology with business strategy.
- Partner with marketing, compliance, and customer success teams to support product launches and user satisfaction.
