Bachelors 24 is looking for an experienced Chef Manager with expertise in Continental cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, capable of managing a kitchen team, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Continental meals as per company standards.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
- Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with management for smooth daily operations.
- Train and guide kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Chef Manager.
- Must have experience preparing Continental meals.
- Positive knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.




- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work day or night shifts as per business requirements.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Salary ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on experience and skills.)
