Key responsibilities Menu and recipe management Plan menus create daily specials and develop current recipes Staff supervision Lead mentor and supervise kitchen staff delegate tasks schedule employees and handle hiring and training Food preparation and quality Oversee all food preparation ensure consistent quality and aesthetic presentation and check the freshness of ingredients Kitchen and inventory management Order supplies manage inventory and food costs and maintain relationships with vendors Health and safety Enforce all health sanitation and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment Administrative duties Manage budgets monitor food and labor costs and perform other administrative tasks as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
