Job Position: Chef / Head Cook

We are a growing group of companies in Coimbatore operating in the food and beverage sector. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking processes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control as per company standards.
- Maintain strict standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (FSSAI guidelines).
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ingredient procurement.
- Train and supervise kitchen support staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Experience / Education: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on commercial kitchen experience and a degree or diploma in Hotel Management & Culinary Arts.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Location: Candidates based in or around Coimbatore preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, creativity in menu handling, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
