Role Description The Chef will work at the central kitchen in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include executing wise en place to consistent standards, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely service and visually appealing presentations- including food prep, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills- Indian and continental preferred.




- Experience working in catering, banqueting, or restaurant environments focused on rapid paced production.
- Ability to practice proper kitchen operations, including inventory and food safety standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, especially during high-volume events.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with service staff and event coordinators.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Formal culinary training or certification is preferred; relevant on-the-job experience in a professional kitchen is highly valued.
