Role Description The Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role located in Shivamogga. The role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with established menus and standards, ensuring consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

The Chef De

Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, manage mise en place, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support stock control and inventory for their station. This position includes collaborating with the broader kitchen team, communicating effectively with colleagues,



and assisting with training junior staff where needed.

Partie is expected to follow company policies, meet operational timelines, and contribute to a positive and efficient working workplace.

Qualifications Strong food preparation and cooking skills, with the ability to manage a designated kitchen section efficiently.

Applied culinary skills, including menu execution, portion control, and plating standards.

Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices, with consistent adherence to regulatory and company requirements.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and supporting teamwork during service.

Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen environment.

Relevant culinary education or formal training is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, maintain composure under pressure, and adapt to changing service demands.

Willingness to follow schedules, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
