Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian, chinese and local cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local ingredients and cooking traditions, be able to prepare authentic dishes from the region, and support the culinary team in delivering refined, multi-cuisine dining experiences. Preference will be given to candidates from Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, or Jammu & Kashmir.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes with emphasis on Himalayan and regional cuisines Assist in creating menus inspired by local ingredients and traditional techniques Ensure consistency in taste, presentation,
