Monitor Budget Sheet on time to time and share information with the Management, if situation demands.

Negotiate terms with vendors / suppliers and creating PO’s and Agreements.

Timely and correct Invoicing to Clients and Billing from Vendors.

Follow-up and recovery of the due payments from the clients.

Assistance in finalization of Balance Sheet.

Provide advice on improving prevalent systems.

Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and MIS

Manage junior colleagues and oversee the duties of Accounting System.

Coordinating with the secretarial team and statutory auditors.

Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal audit and internal control function.

Managing all statutory, financial and tax compliances including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Deferred Tax.





Ensure revenue and cost governance- revenue assurance and cost management as per business plan.

Generate various financial reports.

Job Specification

Person should be a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

Conversant with Income tax laws, GST, ROC works and other relevant laws.

Should have excellent computer skills like MS – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Should have good drafting skills and communication skills in Hindi & English.

Prioritize attention to detail, and possess strong organization and multitasking abilities.
