Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant – Internal Audit role based in Warangal.

The Chartered

Accountant will plan and execute internal audits, review financial records, and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, identifying process gaps, recommending control improvements, and preparing clear audit reports for management. The role also involves assessing risk, supporting implementation of audit recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to sustainable business practices through robust financial governance.

The Chartered

Accountant will participate in periodic management reviews, assist in policy development,



and help enhance transparency and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong internal audit and risk assessment skills, including audit planning, testing of controls, and documentation of findings.

Candidates should possess solid financial accounting and reporting skills, including knowledge of accounting standards, financial analysis, and reconciliations.

Candidates should possess proficiency in compliance and regulatory understanding, including familiarity with tax regulations, corporate governance, and ethical practices.

Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical improvements.

Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear report writing, presentation abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional body is required;

experience in internal audit, finance, or assurance roles is highly beneficial.

Experience with audit tools, spreadsheets, and financial software, as well as an interest in sustainability-focused business practices, will be an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Warangal, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
