Hiring for CA Firm Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Experience: 1+ Year Working Days: 6 Days Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit or Statutory Audit
- Hands-on knowledge of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and/or Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) is mandatory Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation and verification for AIF and PMS portfolios.
- Manage fund accounting activities, including corporate actions, capital accounting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal, concurrent, and statutory auditors for NAV verification and audit processes.
- Calculate and verify management fees, brokerage, custody charges, and other fund-related expenses.
- Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers,



and other stakeholders to resolve NAV-related queries.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives for NAV processing and reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and regulatory reports as required.

Key Skills

- Solid understanding of Fund Accounting and NAV Computation
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations governing AIF/PMS
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial/accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
