Job Summary
Chandrani Pearls Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join its Corporate Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in GST, TDS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Statutory Compliance, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Accounting. The role requires managing end-to-end finance operations while ensuring complete compliance with all applicable financial and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, audits, and assessments.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare MIS reports, financial reports,
and management presentations.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Monitor Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory compliances.
Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making.
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure accurate accounting records.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best accounting practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate Finance & Accounts role.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
Experience in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and finalization of accounts.
Proficiency in ERP Systems, Tally Prime, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
