Job Purpose To support strategic planning, financial modelling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation to drive the organization's long-term growth and profitability. The role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking to contribute to key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities 1) Evaluate business performance against targets and recommend improvement areas.
- Analyze P&L;, balance sheet, cost structures, and cash flows to evaluate business performance.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership teams 4) Present data in meaningful formats for strategy reviews and board presentations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, SCM, and HR for strategy implementation.
Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or 1–2 years of experience. Strong financial analysis, accounting, and taxation knowledge. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling. Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work with data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights. Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
