Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Naya Raipur.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves overseeing taxation matters, ensuring statutory compliance, handling GST and other indirect taxes, and coordinating with auditors for internal and statutory audits. The professional will support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting, providing insights to management on financial performance, cash flow, and cost optimization in the manufacturing context.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring internal controls, improving financial processes,



and collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and ledger management.

Expertise in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and familiarity with relevant Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis, preferably within manufacturing or OEM environments.

Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and other financial tools used for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to maintain robust internal controls, support audits, and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Naya Raipur.

Prior experience in a manufacturing company or similar industrial setup is highly desirable. Should have 8 to 12 years of experience.
