ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Engineer to expand and manage our partner network for solar rooftop products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding,

training, and supporting channel partners (dealers, distributors, EPCs) to drive revenue growth and increase market share in assigned regions.

Channel Development

 Identify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar systems.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

 Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training,

and devising a suitable Go-to market strategy and plan.

 Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories.

Training & Support:

 Conduct product and sales training for partners.

 Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals.

Market Development





 Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams.

 Organize or participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to promote products.

Performance Monitoring

 Track channel performance metrics (sales volume, conversions, lead quality).

 Evaluate channel productivity and take corrective actions where needed.

Coordination

 Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction.

 Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.

Key Requirements

 Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales in solar

 Solid understanding of rooftop solar systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, Hybrid).

 Proven experience in developing and managing dealer/distributor networks.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Willingness to travel.
