Responsibilities
1.Overseeing centre management and day to day operations
- Centre-planning and scheduling for all engagement activities
- Working closely with Aakriti volunteers (group of proactive girls from the center) on mentorship and development
- Co-ordinating and overseeing engagement with third party stakeholders and Arvind Senior Management
- Monitoring, data management and reporting of centre activities at defined intervals
Skills
1. Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in education, women's empowerment, residential institutions, skill development, CSR, or the social development sector, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams, overseeing programme delivery, budgets, residential operations,
and partnerships while ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.
4. Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire young women, foster a secure and inclusive campus culture, and drive positive educational, personal, and career outcomes.
5. Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, staff, employers, government agencies, and CSR partners.
6. Exceptional planning, organisational, and execution skills, with a commitment to integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and creating an empowering environment that supports holistic development of all residents.
