- Prepare food in the assigned section (such asIndian, Continental, Bakery,etc.)
- Work according to recipes and standards
- Serve dishes on time with proper quality
- Maintain taste, presentation, and temperature of food
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage own section (under the supervision of Chef de Partie)
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
- Help in preparation of new menu items
- Ensure availability ofraw materials
- Minimize wastage
- Maintain properstock records
- Guide junior staff (Commis)
- Work in coordination with the team
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
