The Intermediate ERP Applications Developer role is responsible for developing and maintaining business solutions in Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion environments.

The role involves developing integrations, customizations, and reports, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle EPM modules, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related technologies, along with a strong understanding of business processes in Finance and HR.

This individual will adhere to the organizations formal best practices, change management and system development lifecycle.

This individual must be self-driven, team player, and a quick learner, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual will assist with daily production support related activities and other enhancements/project initiatives.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and support solutions within Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, and other enterprise applications.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards,



and data extracts using Oracle reporting tools.
- Configure and support Oracle EPM processes including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, consolidation, and financial close activities.
- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production support incidents.
- Take ownership of the development, unit-testing, and code migration.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
- Work closely with AMS and Internal teams globally. Must be team player.

Skills and Abilities :

- Experience in Financial Modules like Payables, Receivables, General Ledger along with Oracle Projects, Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EPM modules.
- Experience working with:

- Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
- Enterprise Planning
- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Financial Reporting and Smart View
- Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and data management processes.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and database schemas and navigation.
- Experience with system integrations, data conversions, and API development.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of CEMLI and best practice methodologies along with experience in design and developing solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills for Oracle apps issues.
- Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have skills) :

- Oracle Cloud certifications in Fusion Applications or Oracle EPM.
- Experience with EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or Narrative Reporting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
- Working experience in on-shore off-shore models in matrix organization structure.
- Good to have exposure to SVN, ServiceNow, release management, change management and productivity tools. Understand and implement/modify the Application Configuration as required.
