Qualification

- Minimum Higher Secondary (+2) or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Relevant CCTV or security system certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Summary The CCTV Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of IP and analogue CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should possess good technical knowledge of structured cabling, networking basics, and security systems while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission IP and analogue CCTV systems.
- Install cameras, NVRs, DVRs, monitors, and related accessories.
- Perform cable laying, conduit work, termination, testing, and labelling.
- Configure IP cameras, NVRs, switches, and network settings.
- Troubleshoot CCTV hardware, networking, and video recording issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
- Coordinate with project engineers and customers during installation and service activities.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and testing documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
- Handle project materials, tools, and equipment responsibly.

Technical Skills




- Experience with leading CCTV brands such as Hanwha Vision, Axis, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, or equivalent.
- Valuable understanding of IP networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, PoE, VLAN basics).
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards.
- Ability to terminate CAT6, fibre optic (preferred), and power cables.
- Familiarity with CCTV software and remote monitoring applications.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation drawings.

- Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Access Control Systems (preferred)
- Structured Cabling
- Basic Networking
