Work Timings: 9:30am to 7:00Pm Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Employees will receive one weekly off on a weekday (Monday to Friday)

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring seamless front desk operations, appointment management, and customer engagement. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment while driving service excellence and supporting salon business goals.

Guest Experience

- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and guest queries efficiently.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the guest journey.

Front Office Operations

- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the salon team for smooth day-to-day operations.

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.
- Support monthly revenue and customer retention targets.
- Follow up with guests for feedback, repeat visits, and appointments.

DESIRED CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS

- Female candidate with a pleasant personality and lifestyle-oriented approach.




- Excellent communication skills in English; basic Hindi is preferred.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude and professional grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle POS/billing systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon workplace.
- Freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome.
