Job Summary: Mind Sprint is seeking an experienced Value Analytics candidate to drive data-driven cost optimization, spend analysis, and category management strategies. The ideal candidate will bridge procurement insights with business value creation, using strong analytical and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders. :

Lead value analytics initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities across categories

Partner with category managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies

Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to generate actionable insights

Build compelling business cases, dashboards, and executive presentations (PPT)

Support category management lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, contracting, supplier management

Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and business units

Track and report savings, KPIs, and value realization to leadership





Standardize reporting templates and improve analytics processes using advanced MS Office tools Profile Description:

10–12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or value/spend analytics

Strong hands-on experience in category management

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Experience building financial models, savings trackers, and business cases

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in shared services / GCC / consulting setting

Exposure to procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)

Certification in category management or procurement (CIPS, etc.) is a plus
