About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right IT career path while converting inquiries into admissions. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and are target-driven, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into successful admissions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate and participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and educational events.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily counselling reports.

Deliver an exceptional counselling experience to every student.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Strong counselling and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred

Candidate

1-4 years of experience in Admissions, Student Counselling, Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling may also apply.

Candidates from Education, Training Institutes, Colleges, Universities, or EdTech companies will be preferred.
