Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
- Develop and implement career development programs and workshops
- Conduct career assessments and interest inventories
- Assist students with college and career planning
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate career education into the curriculum
- Maintain records of student career plans and progress
- Stay updated on career trends and labor market information
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
- Certification in Career Counseling (CCC) or equivalent 2+ years of experience in career counseling or related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
