, you will interact with students, understand their career aspirations, provide guidance on internships and learning opportunities, and support them throughout their career development journey. This internship is designed to help you build professional communication, counseling, and relationship management skills through real-world experience.

What You'll Do

- Communicate with students through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Guide students regarding internships, training programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Answer student queries and provide accurate information about available programs.
- Assist students during the registration and onboarding process.




- Maintain student records and interaction details using Excel or internal systems.
- Follow up with students and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support student engagement activities.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain daily work updates.
- Develop professional communication and counseling skills while working with experienced mentors.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Good interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Interest in career guidance, student engagement, counseling, or education services.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
