Role Description The Career Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad.

Advisor will guide candidates and students in identifying suitable career paths, assessing their strengths, and setting realistic professional goals. This role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing career development workshops, and providing support with resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

ensuring that guidance is aligned with current industry demands. The position also includes maintaining accurate records of counseling activities, tracking progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of advisory services.

Qualifications

C career counseling and career development skills, with the ability to help individuals explore options and plan long-term goals.

Experience in career management, including guiding candidates through job transitions, upskilling, and professional growth strategies.

Student counseling skills for supporting academic-to-career transitions and advising on education and training pathways.

Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to build trust with diverse individuals.

Relevant experience in counseling, human resources, education, or talent development is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in career guidance are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple cases, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Familiarity with job markets, recruitment processes, and basic MS Office or digital tools for documentation and reporting.
