Role Description This is a full-time, in office Car Detailing role based in Bengaluru.

The Car

Detailer will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and stain removal. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, identifying areas requiring special attention, and using appropriate cleaning products and tools to deliver high-quality results. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their requirements, explaining services, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

The Car

Detailer will also help maintain a safe,



organized workspace and may support basic sales activities related to detailing packages or additional services.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to customer needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Basic Automotive knowledge, including familiarity with vehicle interiors, exteriors, and appropriate cleaning methods and materials.
- Comfort with Training activities, such as learning new detailing techniques and following standard operating procedures.
- Ability to support Sales efforts by explaining detailing services, upselling relevant add-ons, and contributing to customer retention.
- Understanding of Insurance considerations related to vehicle handling and workplace safety is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina for hands-on work, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Prior experience in car detailing, automotive service, or a related customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and follow company guidelines for quality, safety, and hygiene.
