Role Description The Can simar machine operator & line incharge role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for operating can simar machines, monitoring production lines, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting machinery, overseeing line staff, checking products for defects, and maintaining production records.

The position also involves coordinating with quality and maintenance teams, following safety and hygiene guidelines, and minimizing downtime through prompt issue identification.



The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to production schedules, and active participation in meeting production targets.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with various types of Machinery.

Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including monitoring product standards and identifying defects.

Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments and routine maintenance tasks.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Experience in food production or manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and basic maintenance procedures in a production setting is preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Minimum high school education or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is an advantage.
