- Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner , supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (eg: interview scheduling, post offer support) , utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
- Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidates.
- Easy access to information and support throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in scheduling
- Experience with scheduling tools and managing a scheduling process
- Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
- Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
