About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Campus Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have hands-on experience managing the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to screening and interview coordination. The role involves building strong relationships with colleges and universities, representing the company during campus drives, and hiring top talent for various positions.

*Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at campus recruitment drives, job fairs, placement events, and career workshops.

Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Generate regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.

Ability to engage with students, faculty, and placement teams professionally.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable traveling for campus recruitment drives and events.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools/ATS.

*Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (Campus Recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory).

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
