TrainPlex builds AI training data in 22+ Indian languages — including regional dialects like Marwari, Bhojpuri, Tulu and Santali that most global AI companies simply cannot reach. That work needs people who actually live inside those languages.

Which means our best recruiters aren't recruiters at all. They're students, on campus, who know exactly who around them speaks what.

So we're hiring 100 Campus Ambassadors.

Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at TrainPlex is an on-site position located in India, focused on building awareness and engagement for TrainPlex within college and university campuses.

The Campus

Ambassador will represent TrainPlex at their institution, organize information sessions and events, and promote AI training and language-focused opportunities to students and faculty. This role involves coordinating with the TrainPlex team, sharing program updates, collecting feedback from peers,



and supporting student participation in AI training initiatives.

The Campus

Ambassador will engage in social media outreach, distribute digital and physical materials, and identify potential collaborators or talent for TrainPlex’s AI training community. The position includes regular reporting on campus activities and outcomes, ensuring strong communication between the campus and TrainPlex.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently in group settings and interact with diverse campus communities.
- Interest in AI, technology, and India’s linguistic diversity, with a willingness to learn about AI training data, RLHF, and multi-language annotation.
- Organizational and event coordination abilities, including planning small campus events, info sessions, and promotional activities.
- Digital literacy and social media skills to promote TrainPlex initiatives through online channels and student networks.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university in India, with an active presence in student clubs, societies, or campus initiatives.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while providing timely updates and reports to the TrainPlex team.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language is preferred; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in campus leadership, ambassador programs, or student outreach is beneficial but not required.
