Position Overview The Campaign Executive manages and executes end-to-end Bulk SMS campaigns for corporate clients across Middle East and African (MEA) regions. This role requires heavy utilization of proprietary internal software panels and advanced Excel operations to process, clean, and monitor high-volume data streams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Delivery

- Set up, schedule, and launch large-scale Bulk SMS campaigns accurately through the internal panel.
- Ensure strict adherence to client timelines and regional compliance requirements.
- Monitor live campaign transmission status to guarantee optimal delivery rates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical delivery glitches or routing failures immediately.

Advanced Data Management

- Standardize, sort, and filter massive mobile number datasets using advanced Excel.
- Sanitize raw data files to eliminate duplicates, incorrect formats, and formatting errors.
- Validate routing prefixes for multiple international Middle East and African carriers.

Reporting & Analytics

- Build visually dynamic performance reports using Excel charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
- Present complex delivery and open-rate data into transparent summaries for the sales team.
- Maintain exhaustive master spreadsheets tracking comprehensive campaign history, costs, and margins.





Stakeholder Coordination

- Serve as the central cross-functional email contact for the global internal sales team.
- Vet client campaign briefs and confirm technical requirements prior to deployment.
- Provide proactive, structured status updates regarding campaign performance and delays.

Required Qualifications : Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel Expertise: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Text-to-Columns, conditional formatting, and data validation rules.
- Systems Familiarity: Experience operating backend software panels, CRM databases, or SaaS campaign tools.

- Professional Communication: Excellent written English skills tailored for formal, cross-border corporate email communication.
