Youthfluence is a youth marketing agency that helps brands connect with college students and young audiences through campus activations, influencer marketing, student-led campaigns, digital engagement and user-acquisition initiatives.

We work with college society POCs, student teams and content creators across India to plan and execute campaigns for brands across consumer, technology, education, lifestyle and other sectors. Our key clients include ITC Limited, Unacademy, KTM, Bajaj, Starbucks, Royal Enfield, etc.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Campaign Executive to support the execution of youth, campus and influencer marketing campaigns.

The candidate's primary responsibility will be to coordinate with college society POCs and student teams through Youthfluence's WhatsApp communities. This will include sharing campaign briefs, onboarding interested participants, answering queries, following up on deliverables and ensuring that campaigns are completed correctly and on time. The job shall also include reaching out to ambassadors and society POC's via cold calling.

The candidate will also assist the team in identifying and reaching out to relevant Instagram influencers for potential brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with college society POCs, student teams and campaign participants through WhatsApp communities.
- Share campaign briefs, eligibility criteria, timelines and deliverable requirements.
- Onboard interested students and teams for different brand campaigns.
- Explain campaign instructions clearly and respond to participant queries.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collect and organise campaign submissions and execution proofs.




- Maintain and regularly update campaign trackers using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with multiple participants and college teams simultaneously.
- Identify relevant Instagram influencers across different niches and locations.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email or other available channels.
- Collect influencer contact details and record their interest in potential collaborations.
- Maintain and update influencer and college databases.
- Assist the senior campaign team with routine coordination and execution tasks.
- Escalate delays, concerns or execution issues to the reporting manager.
- Support the preparation of basic campaign reports and documentation.

Who should apply

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience.
- Candidates interested in marketing, influencer campaigns, youth marketing or campaign management.
- Individuals with solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates comfortable communicating with students, college teams and influencers over WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Individuals who are organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Candidates who are active on Instagram and understand basic social media and influencer trends.
- Individuals comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive and other basic online tools.
- Candidates who are proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
- Individuals who can work full-time from our office in West Delhi.

Prior experience with college societies, student communities, influencer marketing, event coordination or campus activities will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Compensation

- The selected candidate will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month during the first two months of probation.
- Performance will be reviewed at the end of each month.
- From the third month onwards, compensation will be revised based on performance, responsibilities and prevailing market standards.
