Reliable Investigation Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer/candidate queries, collecting required information, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely completion of background verification processes.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
- Contact candidates/customers to collect and verify required details.
- Explain the verification process and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with candidates to obtain pending documents or information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely case closure.




- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
