The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities: Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve issues.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.

Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Adhere to all call center procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements: Proficiency in English (Mandatory).
