As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller / Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Raipur office. Role Description The Tele Caller / Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to product and service inquiries, following up with customers and dealers, assisting with order-related queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with customers while maintaining company service standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.

Follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding orders and payments.





Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for timely solutions.

Record customer interactions accurately in CRM or company software.

Maintain proper call records and daily reports.

Provide complete information about Mr.

Promise

Paint products and ongoing offers.

Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams whenever required.

Build robust customer relationships through professional communication.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications

Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Graduate, or equivalent qualification.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

Basic communication skills in English will be an added advantage.

Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, or similar software).

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in Tele Calling, Customer Support, Sales Support, or Call Center will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
