Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation tools and techniques to improve the speed, quality, and robustness of CAE virtual models.
- Automate new and existing CAE workflows to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation and process improvements.
- Support methods reviews and contribute innovative ideas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to CAE process automation.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in CAE Process Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter.
- Robust programming skills in TCL/TK, Python, and Excel VBA.
- Experience in developing CAE automation/customization solutions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
