Position: CAE Process Automation Engineer

Location: Chennai – Sholinganallur

Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-time)

Interview Process: 2 Technical Rounds (Face-to-Face)

Education: BE / ME

Experience: 2–5 Years

- Develop tools and techniques to enhance speed, capability, and improve the quality and robustness of virtual models.
- Develop automation solutions for new and existing CAE processes to reduce turnaround time and improve quality.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support methods reviews and contribute improvement ideas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter .
- Robust programming knowledge in TCL/TK, Python, and Excel VBA .
- Experience in CAE process automation and customization/implementation.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Good communication skills.
