Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service
Prepare and serve coffee beverages and other café menu items as per company standards
Operate the POS system and handle cash and digital transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café dining area and workstations
Follow food safety standards and company SOPs at all times
Replenish stock and support inventory management
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Perform opening closing and daily operational duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
