Role Description The CAE Engineer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, contributing to simulation-driven product development and engineering analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing structural and thermal analyses, building and validating finite element models, and running simulations to evaluate performance, durability, and safety of components and systems.

The role involves optimizing designs based on CAE results, collaborating with mechanical design teams, and supporting the integration of NextGen simulation approaches.



The CAE Engineer will prepare technical reports, document methodologies, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders. The role may also involve working closely with customers to understand requirements and support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in Structural Analysis and Simulations.
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools and methods, including model setup, meshing, and result interpretation.
- Ability to apply Optimization techniques to improve product performance, weight, and cost.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Familiarity with CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, or similar) and CAD tools.
- Positive understanding of materials, mechanics, and product development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional engineering teams on-site.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or related industries, and exposure to multiphysics or vehicle dynamics simulations is an advantage.
