Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAD Designer role based in Noida. The CAD Designer will create and revise detailed technical drawings and 3D models for process equipment, layouts, and structures used in recycling, refining, and metal recovery projects. Day-to-day work includes preparing construction and fabrication drawings, ensuring designs meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and manufacturability requirements.
The role involves collaborating with design engineers and project teams, incorporating feedback, maintaining drawing standards, and organizing design documentation for turnkey industrial solutions. The CAD Designer will also support design optimization, participate in design reviews, and assist in updating as-built drawings for ongoing and completed installations.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software, with the ability to develop accurate 2D and 3D models.
Ability to produce clear Technical Drawing and Drawing documentation, including detailed views, dimensions, and annotations.
Experience preparing Construction Drawings for fabrication, installation, and commissioning of industrial equipment or plants.
Background in Design Engineering, translating process and mechanical requirements into practical, buildable designs.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
Understanding of industrial layouts, material handling systems, and mechanical components; exposure to recycling or process plants is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to interpret engineering standards and codes, and strong organizational skills for managing drawing revisions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering and project teams in office in Noida.
