About Axi Draft
Axi Draft provides CAD and mechanical design support to fencing manufacturers, fabricators, and engineering companies in international markets.
We are looking for a motivated CAD design engineer with strong Solid Works skills who wants hands-on experience and long-term growth in mechanical design.
About the Role
You will work on real fabrication and mechanical design projects for international clients in the fencing and fabrication industry.
This role provides direct project responsibility, client exposure, and practical experience in professional engineering workflows.
It is ideal for someone who wants to build a robust career in mechanical design and CAD engineering.
This is not a basic tracing or repetitive drafting role. You will be expected to understand how parts are made and assembled.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong Solid Works proficiency:
Part modelling Assemblies Weldments Sheet metal Proper drawing detailing - Good understanding of:
Assembly relationships and constraints Manufacturing drawings GD& T basics (preferred) - Ability to create and update:
Sheet formats Drawing templates BOM tables - Good eye for detail in modelling and drafting
-Communication Requirements:
Good spoken English Professional email writing skills Ability to understand overseas client instructions Able to interpret technical requirements with minimal supervision Education & Experience
Education: Diploma or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Experience: 3 years minimum What We’re Looking For
