About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer to mentor and prepare aspiring aviation professionals for successful careers in the airline industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions while instilling confidence, professionalism, and industry-ready competencies in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for cabin crew aspirants in line with aviation industry standards.
- Deliver training on cabin crew roles, responsibilities, customer service excellence, and passenger handling.
- Coach students in personality development, skilled grooming, etiquette, and corporate behavior.
- Train candidates on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Provide workplace readiness training, including basic computer applications (MS Office), email etiquette, and professional documentation.
- Deliver wellness-focused sessions covering yoga, nutrition, stress management, fitness, and healthy lifestyle practices relevant to aviation professionals.
- Prepare lesson plans, training modules, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, mock interviews, role plays,
and practical demonstrations.
- Provide individual mentoring and constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with aviation industry expectations and organizational quality standards.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to prepare students for interviews and airline recruitment drives.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, assessment records, and student progress documentation.
- Continuously update training content to reflect current aviation industry practices and customer service trends.
Experience & Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience as Cabin Crew, Cabin Crew Trainer, Aviation Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer.
- Prior experience with an airline, aviation academy, hospitality institute, or training organization is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Professional grooming and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of airline service standards, passenger handling, and aviation etiquette.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
