Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to lead Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, audits, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.

- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits while coordinating with auditors.

- Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and reconciliations.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closures.

- Provide financial analysis, profitability reports,



and strategic insights to management.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

- Develop and implement finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, and financial institutions.

- Mentor and guide junior finance team members.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Solid knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.

- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, statutory audits, and internal audits.

- Experience with ERP/Accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or Tally.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS revenue recognition and subscription-based business models.

- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business finance.

- Experience supporting investor reporting or fundraising activities.

- Strong business acumen with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
