Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Account Closure: Ensure timely monthly account closure, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
2. Annual Account Closure: Manage the process of annual account closure, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
3. Expense Analysis: Conduct high spend expenses analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures.
4. Audit Coordination: Lead the statutory audit and tax audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
5. Budget Preparation & Adherence: Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring strict adherence to financial plans.
6. Bill Processing & Supplier Reconciliation: Oversee bill processing and supplier ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payments.
7. Advance Recovery & Management: Manage and track advance recovery processes, ensuring efficient management of cash flows.
8. Day-to-Day Accounts Maintenance: Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate financial data management.
9. IFC Compliance: Communicate and ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) requirements.
10. Team Management: Manage Team KRAs,



oversee the monthly audit report closure, and ensure timely action on findings.
11. Virtual Record Keeping: Maintain virtual record-keeping systems (soft copy) for easy access and compliance.
12. Other Accounts MIS: Prepare and maintain stock adjustments, monthly finance MIS, stock movement analysis, debtors ageing reports, and creditors ageing reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

- CA qualified with 5-7 years of relevant experience in account management within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in statutory audits, tax audits, and budget management.
- In-depth knowledge of account reconciliations, bill processing, and supplier ledger management.
- Proficient in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain virtual records and ensure IFC compliance.
