We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of IT services, Digital Marketing, Software, or Web Development sales is an advantage.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, or other lead generation tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
