What are we looking for? Looking for a Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred), but Green Belt certification is also acceptable with relevant domain expertise (If the candidate has multidomain expertise and has worked in HR domain

Required expertise in Workforce Data Administration (WDA), Payroll & TA experience is preferred

Should be familiar with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), quality frameworks, productivity analysis/calculations, and business case creation for transformation projects, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Return on Investment (ROI) generation. Have driven transformation projects independently with clients and managed internal stakeholders

Should have good communication skills and client management exp as this is a client-facing role Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates recent solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
