You will drive the change and improvement projects that make a large operation run better. Role Overview

As a Business Project Manager, you will lead business and process projects end to end, working across functions to turn goals into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Delivery

- Lead process-improvement and business-change projects from start to finish
- Define scope, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders
- Coordinate operations, finance, and commercial teams to deliver

Analysis & Reporting

- Map current processes and design practical improvements




- Track outcomes and report progress and impact to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in business project management or process improvement
- Solid analytical, planning, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfort with data, process mapping, and project tools
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP or a Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy businesses
- An MBA or a background in business or operations
