This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of current processes and technologies. The position also includes partnering with business units to define clear product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs.

Additionally, the role involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of improvements.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex process data and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in designing and modeling business processes using industry-standard methodologies.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with process automation concepts and tools to support digital transformation initiatives.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.

This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
